What does car rental software do for a small business?
It keeps the bookings, cars, drivers and bills in one place instead of a notebook and a WhatsApp chat. With Cabaro your customers book on your own page and see your price, you assign a car and driver, the driver records the km and extras on a link, and the bill is worked out from your package. It runs on a phone, and the customer pays you directly.

Car rental billing
Billing from the km, at your rates.
When the trip ends the driver types the opening and closing km, toll, parking and permit, or you do. Cabaro applies your price row: the km and hours over the package at your extra rates, the days at your minimum and allowance. You check every line, the original stays visible beside any edit, and the customer sees the bill on their link. 502 km with toll, parking and waiting came to ₹11,578.

Cars, drivers and customers
Everything a small rental business keeps in a notebook.
- Cars and papers. Plate, model, colour, seats and the expiry of the permit, insurance, fitness and PUC, with reminders at 30, 7 and 1 days.
- Drivers. Name, phone, licence and badge expiry. Whether each driver sees the fare is up to you.
- Customers. Everyone who has asked or travelled, with their trips. A returning customer fills in from their phone number.
- Money. Fare per trip, received and outstanding, and cash with drivers until they hand it over.
- Phone bookings. A booking that comes by call needs only a date, a time and a name or number.

Self-drive rental
Cabaro is for cars that go with your driver. Private, white plate cars are not listed.
GPS tracking
No live location. The driver's link is a trip sheet with Navigate, not a tracker.
GST invoices
The bill shows every line and the balance, but it is not a GST tax invoice yet.
Maintenance and fuel logs
Papers and their expiry dates, yes. Servicing, fuel and tyres, no.
Driver salaries
Cash your drivers collect is tracked. Salaries and attendance are not.

Is Cabaro for self-drive car rental?
No. Cabaro is for renting a car with a driver: commercial cars your drivers drive, on outstation trips, local packages, airport runs and by the day. It does not handle self-drive rentals, deposits or vehicle handovers.
Can I make my own packages?
Yes. Every price is yours: an Hourly package such as 8 hours, 80 km, ₹2,200 with ₹200 an extra hour and ₹14 an extra km, a Per day rate such as ₹3,000 a day with 250 km, and Outstation by the km. Make as many as you need for each category.
How does the bill work out extra km and extra hours?
From the km and times on the trip's close and your own price row: the km and hours over the package are charged at your extra rates, and toll, parking and permit are added as paid. You check and can edit every line before the customer sees it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 7 days free from the day your account is switched on, with everything on the plan you picked except Google address search, which has 50 calls for the whole trial. No card needed. Before it ends, choose a plan in Cabaro and we write to you with how to pay. If it ends first, the app and your booking page pause until a plan is on, and nothing is deleted. Prices are in rupees and are the full price.
Does the customer's money go through Cabaro?
Never. Your customer pays you by UPI to your own UPI ID, by your own payment link, by bank transfer or in cash, whichever you switch on. You mark a payment received when it arrives, and Cabaro never shows a payment as received until you do.
Does the app set my prices?
No. You type your own price list for each car category and booking type. The customer sees an estimate worked out from your price list and the measured distance, always labelled as not the final price. Your quote is always typed by you.
Can I take bookings that come by phone?
Yes. A phone booking needs only a date, a time and a name or phone number. A returning customer's details fill in from their phone number, and you can still send them their trip link to see the details and pay.
