The advance
The advance in your account before the day.
Type the advance on the quote. The customer accepts on their link and pays to your UPI ID, your payment link, your bank or in cash. Your cancellation terms sit beside the price in your words, and once a car is assigned the link shows its model, colour and plate.

Can I show my luxury cars without a price?
Yes. A category with no price list shows On request on your page. The customer still sends a full request, with the date, the hours and exact addresses, and you quote.
Can a customer book one particular car?
The customer picks a category, such as Mercedes E-Class or Vintage wedding car, never a single car, because you decide which one goes. Once you assign it, their link shows the model, the colour and the plate.
How do I price a wedding car?
As an Hourly package, in your own numbers: the hours, the km included, the fare, then a rate for each extra hour and each extra km. 4 hours, 40 km, ₹1,300 or 8 hours, 80 km, ₹2,200 is how a sedan might look; a wedding car is priced the same way at your rates. Decoration, a chauffeur in uniform and waiting time go in your inclusions and extras, in your words.
Can I take an advance for a wedding booking?
Yes. Type the advance on the quote. The customer pays it to your UPI ID, your payment link, your bank or in cash, and your cancellation terms show beside the price.
Do I need photos of my cars?
No. The catalogue has 49 luxury models from 17 makes with example pictures. Pick the model on a category and your page shows it.
Is Cabaro a marketplace like the big cab apps?
No. Cabaro is software you pay for. You are the transport provider: you hold the permits, set your prices and take your customer's money directly. Cabaro never takes a booking in its own name, never brings you customers and takes no commission on a trip.
Does the customer's money go through Cabaro?
Never. Your customer pays you by UPI to your own UPI ID, by your own payment link, by bank transfer or in cash, whichever you switch on. You mark a payment received when it arrives, and Cabaro never shows a payment as received until you do.
