Terms of use
Effective 30 Sep 2026.
These terms are between Triplli, which makes Cabaro, and the cab operator that holds a Cabaro account. "We" is Triplli. "You" or "the operator" is the account holder. Your customers and your drivers have no account with us and are not a party to these terms. What happens to their details is in the privacy policy.
1What Cabaro is
Cabaro is software for a cab operator. It gives you a request page where customers ask for a trip, keeps each trip from the request to the final bill, and gives your drivers a trip sheet on a link.
Cabaro is not a transport provider and not a marketplace. You provide the trip, the car and the driver. You set every price, you quote every trip, and your customers pay you directly. We never take a booking in our name, never hold or pass on a customer's money, and never take a commission on a fare.
Cabaro never messages your customers or your drivers. Every WhatsApp message starts on your phone and is sent by you. We email only you.
2Your account
Each account has one sign-in. You decide who in your business uses it and you are responsible for everything done through it. Keep the password to yourselves, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
We may suspend an account that is used to break the law, to harm a person, or to attack the service. We tell you why, and we delete nothing while it is suspended.
3What you are responsible for
- The trips themselves: the cars, their permits, insurance and fitness, the drivers and their licences, and getting customers where they are going.
- Your prices, quotes, terms and bills, and the taxes on them. Cabaro works out an estimate from your own price list and the measured distance, and a bill from your price list or your quote. Check them: what you send a customer is yours.
- Telling your customers and drivers that you use Cabaro to keep their details, as the privacy policy describes.
- Anything between you and a customer or a driver, such as a dispute over a fare, a refund or a complaint. Cabaro records what you and they type; it does not decide anything.
4Estimates
An estimate is your price row applied to a distance measured by Google. It is always labelled as not the final price. Distances can be wrong, and an estimate is not an offer. The price a customer accepts is the quote you type.
5Plans and Google calls
Your plan sets how many cars you can list and how many Google calls your request page can make each month. A call is one list of address suggestions shown, one address picked, one map opened or one distance measured. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
When a month's calls run out, address search switches off until the next month or a top-up. Requests still come in, with typed addresses and no estimate.
Plans are arranged with us directly for now. How a plan is paid, and any refund, is agreed with you in writing before the plan starts. There is no payment inside the app.
6Google Maps
Address search, the map and the distance come from Google Maps. Your use of them through Cabaro, and your customers', is also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
7Your data
Everything you enter is yours: your customers, trips, cars, drivers, prices and settings. We do not sell it, share it for anyone's own use, use it for advertising, or use it to train a model.
We look at your data only when you ask us to, to fix a problem you reported or to help set up your account, or when the law requires it. You can ask for a copy of your data as a file at any time.
8Your request page
Your request page and your customers' trip links carry your name, colour and contact details. They also carry a small "Powered by Cabaro" line at the foot, which links to our website.
9Availability
Cabaro is early, is being built with its first operators, and changes often. It runs on a best-effort basis with no uptime promise. Where we can, we tell you before planned downtime.
Your data is held by Cloudflare, which keeps a rolling history of the database for up to 30 days. We keep no separate copies. If you want your own copy, ask for one and keep it.
10Limits on our responsibility
We are not responsible for a trip, a car, a driver, a customer, or a payment between you and a customer. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost business or profit, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11Ending the account
You can end the account by asking us. We can end it by telling you at least 30 days in advance, or at once if it is suspended for abuse.
When an account ends we delete its data within 30 days of the request. Until then it stays as it was, so a mistake can be undone. Ask for a copy before you go if you want one.
12Changes to these terms
These terms carry their date at the top. When they change, the new date goes here and the change is listed at the foot of this page. Using Cabaro after that date means the new terms apply.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
