Can Cabaro handle tempo travellers and buses?
Yes. Car categories are yours to name, so a 12 seater Tempo Traveller, a 26 seater mini bus or a 49 seater coach is a category with its own seats, luggage and prices. The catalogue has 39 group vehicles from 6 to 50 seats: 13 tempo travellers, 16 buses and coaches and 10 vans, each with an example picture for your page.
Group rates
Your per km rate, minimum and night charge, for every group trip.
Sharma Travels price their 12 seater Tempo Traveller at ₹26 a km with 300 km a day minimum, ₹500 driver allowance a day and ₹400 a night, and a local package of 8 hours, 80 km, ₹4,800. A three day trip to Shirdi or a day in the city, the customer sees your estimate for their exact route and dates before they ask.

Advance and payment
Take the advance to your own UPI.
Groups book early and pay in parts. Type the advance on the quote, and the customer pays it on their link by UPI to your UPI ID, your payment link, bank transfer or cash. You mark each payment received, and the bill after the trip shows what is in and what is still to come. Your cancellation and advance terms show beside the price, in your words.

The driver's trip sheet
Every address and every stop, on the driver's phone.
A group trip has pickups, stops and a drop. Send to driver opens WhatsApp with the trip and a link: the group leader's name and phone, each address with Navigate, and your notes. At the end the driver enters the km, toll, parking and state permit on the same link, and the bill is worked out from your rates.

What Cabaro is not, for bus operators.
- Not bus ticketing. It hires out whole vehicles. It does not sell seats on a route or print tickets.
- Not GPS tracking. The driver's link is a trip sheet with Navigate, not a tracker.
- Not a marketplace. Cabaro never brings you customers or takes a commission. Your page brings your own.

Does Cabaro sell bus tickets by the seat?
No. Cabaro is for hiring out a whole vehicle with a driver: a tempo traveller for a family trip, a coach for a wedding party. It does not sell seats on a scheduled route, so it is not bus ticketing software.
Can I list a sleeper coach or a Maharaja tempo traveller?
Yes. The catalogue has 39 group vehicles, among them Force Tempo Travellers from 9 to 26 seats, the Maharaja and Urbania, Tata Winger, Tata Starbus, the Volvo 9600 sleeper and multi-axle coaches. Make a category for each kind you run, with its own seats, luggage and prices.
Do buses count as cars on my plan?
Each vehicle you list counts once towards your plan, car or coach. The plans are for up to 5, 20, 100 vehicles.
How are toll and state permit charged on an interstate trip?
As actuals at the end. The driver types the toll, parking and permit on the trip link, or you do, and they are added to the bill as they were paid. You check every line before your customer sees it.
Can the group pay an advance?
Yes. Type the advance you want on the quote. The customer pays it to your UPI ID, your payment link, your bank or in cash, and the rest after the trip. Cabaro never holds the money.
Is Cabaro a marketplace like the big cab apps?
No. Cabaro is software you pay for. You are the transport provider: you hold the permits, set your prices and take your customer's money directly. Cabaro never takes a booking in its own name, never brings you customers and takes no commission on a trip.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. Each driver gets a link on WhatsApp for each trip: time, customer, pickup and drop with Navigate, and Close trip to enter the km, toll and parking. There is nothing to install and no login.
